It's always or never? It can't be like "for pot no but for rape yes"? Hello A: I think you underestimate the cops.. That you'd even sit down with them to DISCUSS your neighbors behavior, a good cop would pry you open like a can of beans. Do you think most snitches go into interviews planning to snitch??? Nooo.. They have a plan, just like you do.. And, what the hell do you KNOW about rape anyway? What your buddy told you over the back fence, or what his victim told police... Maybe it's what Tucker Carlson says it is, or the orange fuck. That you'd even involve yourself in your neighbors behavior is highly unbecoming. For my part, I don't talk to the cops.. If stopped, I provide the documents requested and utter 5 words, and ONLY those 5 words.. I say them very politely, over and over and over again. Those words are: "Am I free to leave?" That's my RIGHT as an American, and I invoke it as often as I can. Here, on the nations birthday, you'd think standing up for your rights under the Constitution is something you'd applaud.. No, huh? Legitimate law enforcement cannot be successful without public assistance. If the cops are at my door asking questions about something I've witnessed that isnt drug related, such as my neighbor assaulting someone or stealing something, that a bit different than asking if an odor of marijuana ever drifts over. It would be despicable for you to protect your neighbor and enable them to further victimize people. "Yeah, I heard some girl screaming no and stop, but I'm not telling the cops shit". If that's you, you are creating more victims. Disgusting. Side: I will ALWAYS help the police
