I'd take a third term of Dubya over what we are undergoing, he at least knew he had to pay attention to that ... piece-of-paper ... and showed it "some" respect. Obama was a Constitutional Law expert and he TOTALLY respected it. (Understanding that SOME parts can be debated ... unlike the conservative form of it.) I'd take a third term of almost ANY President about now, but, as Obama said, that can't be done today. By the time Trump gets done re-writing .......(or is that "re-righting"??), that piece-of-paper, who knows??? Side: yes
