Notice that my tax bracket stops scaling at 200 million and the current tax brackets stop scaling at about 400 thousand. Also notice that mine starts out lower and is rounded to nearest thousand. By reducing tax burden on lower and middle classes this would encourage more consumer spending, and by extending the scale not only is it more fair, but it would also raise more tax revenue.

ECONOMY:

First of all, I would reinstate the Glass-Steagal Act. Outlaw predatory lending practices. Grant tax incentives for companies that create jobs. Reverse ruling by Securities and Exchange Commission that greatly expanded amount investors can leverage. Criminalize CDO (Collateralized Debt Obligation) rating fraud. Essentially I would fight all of the corrupt practices that lead to our current credit crisis and housing bubble burst, to prevent it from happening again. I would cut less important government programs or programs which have not proven effective. In addition to key public works projects and greater disposable income for the middle and lower classes (see TAXES), this would eventually lead to a recovered economy, so that my successor could then take credit for my policies (that's how it works in politics). Reduce foreign aid. Sell off U.S. international assets.

CONSTITUTIONAL:

Restore Habeus Corpus. Repeal DOMA (defense of marriage act). Make definition of torture consistent with international law. Repeal National Minimum Drinking Age Act, and return the responsibility to the states.

Keep the Public Option, but repeal individual mandates.

EDUCATION:

Allow schools to compete by instating a voucher system with the stipulation that vouchers may only go towards non-parochial schools that meet state educational standards.

MILITARY:

Sell off certain foreign-landed U.S. military installations, to pay down deficit. Systematic withdraw of conventional war-fighting forces from Iraq and Afghanistan, and instead rely on unconventional warfare to fight sectarian extremism. Not only do I believe this to be much more fiscally viable but I believe that it would be much more effective as well.

I would where I should start?

Use Empirically backed hypothesizes to improve the quality of life of American subjects.

This means no praxeology, or its derivatives.

Support the Use of heavy progressive taxation and get ride of a number of loop holes when it comes towards taxes.

maybe set up a system where the tax system changes based on economic variables.

Set up research into a fair tax and how it would affect America( cause its an interesting idea).

To try to Get ride of the current form of social security, replacing it with forced IRAs, 401(k)s, or other accounts; but with a small tax to build up an insurance for the elderly and other disadvantage groups when the market declines.

Raise awareness of the stupid stuff our government has done, along with unconstitutional laws in place.

Like stuff during the McCarthy time period, and also how small and insignificant a threat overseas terrorists are and were.

Along with our role in creating them. Fight to eliminate the unconstitutional laws.

Try to end the war on drugs, and dramatically change our legal system in regards to recreational drugs.

I would want to change up the "intellectual property system", raise awareness of what it actually is (fractional ownership of everything within society), and its purpose. ( Economic growth, information accuracy, etc)

I would want to improve transparency, by working more closely with groups like the sunlight foundation.

Once I know how many offices, departments, etc there are in the federal government...I'll consolidate, refine, eliminate duplicate, failing, inadequate departments, offices, etc for greater efficiency as much as I can.

Stay strong in the belief that government has no place in the sex lives of consenting and able adults.

This means gay marriage or no marriage, amongst other things.

Eliminate some of the bullshit in the UCMJ.

GUN RIGHTS: ppl should get a gun lisence untill they are properly trained (like u go thru classes and u can get a lisence when u are done) untill then u get a taser or a knife or something (not like the gov gives one to u but u get one urself)
