Without a doubt.

Not just the government, I could do it, some random guy off the street can do it.

If someone know you/have met you, chances are that I know more about you than you realize.

Lots of hackers, neighbor watchers etc ... do it. Rapists and stalkers do it as well.

The Government is invading your privacy daily but your state of denial does not allow you to accept that because your response shows it !

Web developers can do it as well. Most people that you know, know more about you than you realize. I find it funny how few people realize what others know about them.

Heading of your post should have been this -" Is the Government Invading Our Privacy"

Well of course they are have you very heard of the NSA ? Now the Progressive Left will spin and refuse to accept it because Truth and Reality is not acceptable to them. Government is monitoring your computer ! Government is monitoring your phone calls and your texts ! Government invades you privacy everyday do to your usage of electronic devices ! Do you believe for one minute that if you can get hacked by foreign sources you can't get hacked by your Government ?

Side: yes

Yes - the government indisputably invades people's privacy.

The debatable question would be: Does the government provide sufficient due process when invading people's privacy?

Side: yes

Yes but I believe they don't have to make much of an effort because many of us are giving away much of our privacy when we allow "Yes I'll Sign-up with you Knowing you're going to gain access to All my friends and Family data in my database so i can get the latest App."

Yes we are. Now take your hand out of your pants and cover up that centerfold poster on your bedroom wall.

Hard to determine.

If anything can be consider private then doesn't that defeat the definition of "privacy"?

If other people know of it then how can it be invasion?

If other people knew of it before you had it then it can't be private.

If the government had control of it before you used then it wasn't private to begin with.

The error here is that people assume that they have privacy.
