Healthcare should be an automatic need for all citizens. Nobody should ever have to worry about getting injured or sick or nearly dead only for them to get better and go homeless from the expenditure. So, if the private sector cannot give proper healthcare to everyone, then the government should; state or federal, doesn't matter too much which it is. Side: yes

"Government cannot create something from nothing. But the premise of universal health care is that the government can bestow benefits upon members of society that it had not created for itself. In other words, it imposes on the economic body something that did not come from within its own means, or by its own choice, meaning the choices of the many individuals that make up the economy. With the idea of universal health care coverage, the government seeks to break the law of supply and demand. It seeks to make something available that the market currently provides only at a price deemed too high by some." Mises The only feasible way to accumulate wealth and improve the standard of living is the advent of saving where it sets aside present consumption in the hope of a better future. Side: No
