its called the betz mystery sphere, and there is not alot of info on it, but apparently it amde quite an impact in the media, and then just faded away....
It is 20 pounds(ish) and the only logo on it is a triangle, imprinted into it. I think the weirdest part is there is literally almost no information on it, its not even in wikipedia O.O
so what does this say about the "truth" of "reality"?

well there are news stories from the 70s about it, and apparently it defies logic, they would roll it, and it would stop, change direction, and roll back to the person who rolled it, they also said when they played music around it, it gave off pulses adn frequencies that made their dog whimper, that they couldnt hear. The navy (and plenty others) also got interested and did xrays on it, and the surface of it is half an inch thick and can withstand 120,000 pounds of force, the xray also found 2 round objects in it, surrounded by a "halo" with a strange density, and that it has 4 magnetic poles. So, non believers, what does this tell you? still think they are telling us the truth about whats real and whats not? Side: its not.. it cant be... real?

Your use of the word "apparently" puts me off. What is your source for all of this? If it's just that video then there isn't enough evidence to draw a conclusion. Anyone can fake a story, if it makes the press money, they don't care whether it's true or not. Side: AHLIENSZZOMG

also, this kind of pertains to the topic, have any of you heard of the black knight sattelite? in 1960 the US detected a massive object in polar orbit- something we or the USSR was not capable of doing http://www.youtube.com/ and if you dont trust the credibility of just a video, a quick google search will pull up some interesting things What do you guys think of this story? Im gonna go ahead and assume that the ending of this story is "it disappeared" "it was never scientifically analyzed" "no one knows how a spherical ball can respond to sound, given that its shape is not optimal like, say, a dish" Disbelieved due to inadequate scientific evidence. Side: its not.. it cant be... real?

Alright weres your damn source then? Because this video is a 3rd hand source. 1st - The people who found the sphere 2nd - The journalist that wrote the article 3rd - The person reading it... FOR us . Thats low on the criteria of credibility. OH, and theres a difference between having an open mind, and having a mind so open that any old idea can just swan in and set up.
