Boys and girls are created to complement each other. Neither is superior. It just so happens that guys are in a position within society that is more suited to the trappings of power. Thus many guys tink they are superior. Many girls think they are the poor opressed that being a housewife is terrible guys should do that. Now let me ask you this how would that turn out? Is one gender really better than the other? In the past, there have been many debates on whether or not girls are better than boys or vice versa. There have been many people that believe that neither genders are better, but that they are simply equal. But in our society, that is not the case. In our society, a man would look at a woman and assume that because of his gender opposed to hers, he is better than her. A boy would feel that way because they are dominant to girls. Also when a boy looks at a girl, he would assume that because of her gender, she is not capable of doing what a boy does. However, to say that women are more so mature than men is over simplifying. In many cultures women can be very immature. But same goes for men. So to say that one sex is more mature than the other would be a false statement (The fact that a woman/girl would say that their kind is better is immature). 2. I find when boys are supportive and appreciative of the needs and rights and issues of girls they get rewarded 10 fold with happiness and mutual respect and sometimes even love. In comparison, when they challenge those things and trumpet that boys are the best they just come off sounding like chauvinists. Agreeing that girls are better does not in any way diminish who I am as a person or my standing as an individual human being.
