No, I see it all the time but just make sure you don't have any trust issues because this is like if they had a great paying job and they are far away from you.

No. LDR"s are not "wrong" per se, but man, they are very difficult to maintain. The vast majority of them don't pan out in the long run. I have tried twice and both relationships petered-out.

In the first one my gf whom I met when I was in undergrad school moved to California to go to college. And after about a year of emails and phone calls and me flying out there once to see her, she wrote me the dreaded "Dear John" letter.

And the next time I tried an LDR it was ME who met somebody else, which worked out for the best I think because that someone else is now my fiance here in Detroit. She works at the University where I go to school.

But yeah, LDRs are hard. I would say that unless you are married or engaged..let just say the two involved are only "boyfriend and girlfriend" level, that 80% of them do not survive past two years.

Just my own personal wild-ass scientific guess, but IO bet it's pretty accurate.

If it is YOU in a potential LDR, I wish you the best of luck. You will need it, my friend.

So the question is for Mr. Genius do you know the difference between WAG and SWAG ? Surely your intelligence can provide the answer !!!!!!!!!!!

There isn't one, Swag can mean to move from side to side, and wag can mean to move from side to side.

Do you agree that there are some cars that aren't Ford Mustangs?

When is it you have become an expert on LDR ? Did you learn that in school ? Does your expertise apply to all situations ?

i think everyone is allowed to share his experience. so, its nothing wrong. you should also give an example or a logic to share your ideas....

Sometimes I feel like a long-distance relationship is perfect for me. I don't really like living together with girls. That's why I haven't asked any of my girlfriends to live in a place. I like just to communicate and go on dates and in order to find a girl I use the site sofiadate.com. I specified to the girls in advance that I didn't have serious intentions and some of them agreed to just hang out together.

Only if it's a 7 year old and a pedo.

So what if it is an eight year old? Is that wrong too?

Is that why you downvoted me?

It is neither right, nor wrong; it just is. ..............................
