Never has been, never will be. Romance has always been between a man and a woman. It's just how the Law of Nature works. Sexism is basically hatred towards the other sex; whether it's the male hating on the female or vice versa. But no, romance is not sexist because it is about a relationship between a man and a woman. Obviously, sometimes, the man may be prompted to save the woman from distress aka "damsel in distress". Honestly, I've spoken to real women and they miss that. "Chivalry is dead" some say, but in some women's minds? They secretly want it back. Modern feminists claim that it's sexist for a man to open the door for a woman. They obviously do not understand what it means to be a woman if they are male feminist supporters and if they are female feminists, well, they are often hateful towards men because of past abuse from a possible alcoholic father. However, do not generalize all men as that type. Each man is different. Do you want to know what's sexist? The fact that some men want to become women and some women want to become men. It's not biblical nor morally right. In fact, it's an abomination and it's not "transphobic", it's heterophobic of them to do that. It's also very truthphobic because they are irrationally in fear of the truth and facts of biology. There are only 2 genders; male and female. There is no gender spectrum and the only sexism is the fact that some activists today are sexist towards men and women. They are the reason behind the "Sex War" and probably responsible for the fabrication of many known divorces.
