Yes they should help all the churches of America go on missionary trips to teach to people about God. If America's churches didn't help the people it wouldn't represnt Christ in them.

You must be confused. The topic is not about proselytizing, it is about the violent clashes between Coptic Christians in Egypt and the Egyptian Military. It is a recent event in the news.

Read about it here:

they were protesting when the muslim solideres attacked peaceful protestors who were "surprisingly" christian

Side: yes

If it is purely an humanitarian thing through the Christians, then this is a good idea, but no government.

Coptic Christians in Egypt should be protected from the Muslims by their fellow Christians in America. It is the right thing to do.

Side: yes

But America should issue sanctions against Egypt and sever all diplomatic relations until this violence on Christians ends.

I think it's best if we just start staying out of everyone's business. Maybe make a statement, but that's it.

Side: No

The foreign policy of the United States of America should revert back to the non interventionist philosophy.

Side: No

Maybe the debate title should read "should america stop getting involved in everyone else business cause their actions have almost always spread nothing except pain and suffering for those people they were supposedly supposed to help", this view among americans that they have some god given right to interfere in everyone else business will come back to haunt them when they do not wield the same power they have for the last century or so.

A strict policy of non-interventionism is the key to solving most of the problems facing America today. To remain strong, we mustn't go about showing off our muscle, but build up our nation at home.
