I really despise Bush for the "No child left behind" policy, and for the Patriot Act (which in no way is patriotic). He started the war with Iraq on the false premise that they had WMD's of which none were found, despite the fact that the UN already searched Iraq and found none. His massive spending policies along with the lack of regulation on housing lenders which caused the housing bubble to burst lead to the recession we are in now. Did you know the Iraq war was the only war in American history, in which taxes were cut? Not to mention, the dragging of feet in regards to Hurricane Katrina. It took less time for troops to land in Iraq than it did for troops to land in Louisiana. One of the most disastrous presidencies in recent memory. Side: yes
