Any president that kills millions of innocent people and tortures one too many innocent people over a lie isn't a good president. At least the other presidents whom did so had regret and sorrow. W. Bush? None at all.

A HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA! What he was was a good figurehead. It was quite clear that Bush was not the true decision maker. He had others who had surrounded themselves in the past with other winners like Richard Nixon. Bush was a delegator. His wanting to atack iraq on false pretenses his decision to try to allow phone tapping etc. was from a man who was undoubtedly out of touch. It was Cheney who was the man behind the curtain and pulling all the strings!

He caused the economic recession and got this country involved in two wars in the Middle East.

America has had some monsters as presidents in the past but none approached the incompetence of Bush, he let demons of the american political system run amuck, and it seemed they had more control than he did at time (i.e. Cheney, Rumsfeld), the people that most american politcal moderates feared. I know most americans don't care what he did to rest of the world but they will care when the backlash finally reaches them, and it will.

On top of this he destroyed his own country economically, if any president can be blamed for US debnt problems it is he.
