yeah...it is not right to divide people in such kind of groups and it is not depends only on law!! we all equal in the eyes of God...all goods were given by God and if you woudn't try to save them and respect people who haven't got the same you will loose everything Side: Yes, sure...
What parents do the first when they bring their child? One of the most important things is that they say him/her their religion. They say about god ,who created the world and mankind and all people live with word God" in their mind, somebody live without faith , somebody attend churches and mosque, believing that everything will be in good way. So, if you heard in God's book, called "koran" and "biblia" , was written" We are equal, live in peace and in love ...." So, it is does not matter who you are, black or white, asian or european , we are equal, because we are people -and that word connects us , and says "be and stay people , because word "man" saunds so proudly and do not defile word that unites us! The law based on moral principle. And crimes are crimes anyway. for ex. murderer should be punished and it does not matter black or white, powerful person or not. Before the confirmation of the guilt we are all have right of presumption of innocence despite nation, race or age. We are people that is why we are all equal and have the same rights. All of us have our opinions and there are some people who think that it is normal activity...like when i've been in Canada i noticed upbringing of their citizens, they respect each other..and it is not secret that in some countries it is normal when people see "black people" , they just call them nigger and so on..it is pretty rude... HOW ABOUT THIS? What if I said that I hate black people, but it’s not because of the color of their skin, it’s because they play rap music deafeningly loud at 3 AM and I can’t get to sleep. Is that racism? I don’t think so. Believe me, if some white guy was playing Mozart ridiculously loud in the middle of the night, I would hate him too. Side: No, it is false

I believe in no discrimination under the law, BUT, lawmaker's around the world do not agree. Proposition 8 makes homosexuals into second class citizens in some states in the US. Uganda lawmakers want(ed?) to punish homosexuality with the death penalty. A women in Saudi Arabia was recently punished for driving by being given lashes. I believe in no discrimination under the law, and that mindset is growing as more young people gain sentience... but at the moment, a LOT of the world believes in making second class citizens out of specific groups of people. This cannot be denied, even in the United States. Side: No, it is false
No, in the eyes of the law, we are not all equal. As far as the law should be concerned, race/skin color should never be taken into consideration. Unfortunately, because of the ease with which a wrongly-suspicioned black man may sue for discrimination (as an example), they have to be careful. Take the case of Ricci v. DeStefano, in which the city of New Haven threw out the results of a firefighters exam because none of the black firefighters passed! Don't even get me started on non-American cases - the whacked up Canadians are downright stupid and completely disregard centuries old legal tradition. Then there is Europe where you can't even deny the Holocaust without risking jail. Why? I don't know if others will, but I view that as being racist. Side: No, it is false

What is equality in law? As accordance to the international law on human rights, Considering that, in accordance with the principles proclaimed in the Charter of the United Nations, recognition of the inherent dignity and of the equal and inalienable rights of all members of the human family is the foundation of freedom, justice and peace in the world, Recognizing that these rights derive from the inherent dignity of the human person, Recognizing that, in accordance with the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the ideal of free human beings enjoying civil and political freedom and freedom from fear and want can only be achieved if conditions are created whereby everyone may enjoy his civil and political rights, as well as his economic, social and cultural rights, Considering the obligation of States under the Charter of the United Nations to promote universal respect for, and observance of, human rights and freedoms, Realizing that the individual, having duties to other individuals and to the community to which he belongs, is under a responsibility to strive for the promotion and observance of the rights recognized in the present Covenant, However is this really achieved? If yes, why is there still wars all over the world? If we are all equal in the eyes of law, there will be peace in the world... Side: No, it is false
