According to Revelation, the last book of the Bible, world peace proceeds the end of the world. I believe the Bible to be the inspired Word of God. It is "His"story of salvation. It is prophesied in Revelation that Jesus will reign as King on earth for 1,000 years in a world of perfect piece. Then, Satan and sin return. There will be a final battle between good and evil. Good will prevail. The world will then be destroyed. Side: world peace

As much as i would want world peace to happen first, I think we're killing the environment and each other too much for it to come before the end of the world. I mean, I wish world peace could happen, but we can't convince the entire world to go green and stop fighting. It's just not possible unless everyone gets on the same page...which we won't ever be. I think it will be a mutual arrangement. They say that Venus is in one big Greenhouse Effect. Although there is no evidence suggesting that there was ever life on Venus, it is considered Earth's sister and I believe that we are going to end up just like Venus. We will destroy ourselves by destroying our planet. We will die from the Greenhouse Gasses that we ourselves released onto this planet. (Personally I blame the dinosaurs and all prehistoric creatures, plants, etc. that were fossilized and became oil which tempted man and now because the fossils were retarded and died, we are paying the price now) (; Side: huh

Sorry people, irreversible climate change (ticking down to 4 years now) will spell the end of the world, then a water/food/oil world war .... the world is doomed, or totally fucked. Plus the argument that Humanity *sorry for biblical theme I am no Christian) has a hole in it's heart. It will never be at peace there will always be war and murder. The only reaso I disagree is o nthe Climate change sare. Guess no one rememebrs that 30 years ago the ice age was coming and wow a decade later and it was this wamring bull. Thanks gore and Hansen but it's called scare tactics and smart people don't jump on the bandwagon. Side: earth or man
