than what if the innocent was actually the murder, and had just lied to u in ur face just to get out of a situation, we should always be careful on what u guys think

It wouldn't be ok for someone who is a murder was set free, and has not learn nothing. Yes killing can cause pain and sadness, but stopping it can end your problems

the death penalty inherently violates the constitutional ban against cruel and unusual punishment and the guarantees of due process of law and of equal protection under the law.

The death penalty in the United States is used almost exclusively for the crime of murder. Although state and federal statutes contain various capital crimes other than those involving the death of the victim, only two people were on death row for a non-murder offense (Patrick Kennedy and Richard Davis in Louisiana) when the U.S. Supreme Court addressed this issue in 2008

staying active helps ur mind grow Regular exercise changes the brain to improve memory, thinking skills. There are plenty of good reasons to be physically active. Big ones include reducing the odds of developing heart disease, stroke, and diabetes. Maybe you want to lose weight, lower your blood pressure, prevent depression, or just look better and gives u the nutrients that u need, it also helps u to stay ready

I am sure doing both isnt a bad thing to do. I am sure we could exericise and learn both at the same time

I am sure exercising is a great important thing to do, but we all don't need P.E for a whole week, I am sure we need to study and learn to get are education, so we could get a real job in the future. It is nice to do both in a week, but we have to focused on one thing, it is staying alive, if we exercise we could be able to stay alive longer

Supporting Evidence: Do both (www.debate.org)

Schools don't require students to have access to P.E, why is that, do teachers don't care about kids getting fat? We all see fat kids get bullied in are life. If we get P.E we wouldn't worry about being over weighted, and just continue being healthy.
