I believe government is necessary for many reasons. For starters our government provides many jobs and services that allow for our daily live's to continue with ease. Some of those services being the Police department, Fire department and other health and wellness services. Just without the Police, someone could steal all of your food, supplies and then even kill you. Our government also tries to equalize every aspect in life to a certain degree. Government gives us all the same basic standards for education, taxation and also set a standard for other things too. Without the government companies could create monopolies and set the prices way too high to get as much money possible out of their consumers. The government would also set a healthy standard for drinkable water and food so that farmers don't put to much pesticides on the crops that could harm the consumer. Overall Government allows for our easy going lifestyle and therefore I believe it is necessary.
