Although I agree with some things you said I believe it’s important to realize that without government society would be unsafe an chaotic. With an unsafe and chaotic society concepts like a, “ hunter- gatherer” society would be almost unattainable. This would be because without government there would be a great power struggle between lots of people since everyone would want power. It’s also important to note that government jobs ( police, construction workers, fireman) create a safe society and we wouldn't be able to live safely without them. So although I think it’s important people do what they want even that wouldn’t be attainable without government.

When looking at the question, “ would you want to live under a government ? ” both sides of yes and no can be argued, but in the end I believe government is necessary to my life . While government has its con’s it does provide our country with a level of safety that would not be attainable without government. For example, the government helps provide us with fairly safe water, roads, medicine, and more things essential to daily life for many. Through the government laws are created for the safety of all people and police are employed to make sure laws are followed. The government provides a military force to protect us from any outside threats from other countries. Not only does the government protect us from outside threats from other countries they also communicate with them. Communication with other countries is important because it helps establish trade and peace agreements. Not having peace and trade with other countries would bring more disorder to our country. While not having a government could help ease constant political controversy and provide more freedom to people in the end government is a necessity. I would choose to live under a government because without it we would be living in an inhabitable country because of lack of safety/security and foreign connections.
