First off all question is just like is your hand superior than leg or else. One thing I am sure both are different in many way. Their abilities also different.so it is impossible to compare and conclude which is best. To be a perfect man need some qualities.this qualities are emerging only if there is a good relation between both. Basic society is family and family makes the future generation. If both are in faction our future should be bad. First we should understand if there is a good there is a bad.in my view the main eaqueliser between both is men's over sexual excitement, if it is not for us women can't override men in intellectual field
