no driving should not be allowed at such a young age because it can be dangerous and at this age children are not so mature for driving.

No factories should not be built in cities because our aim should not be to increase pollution whereas building factories in cities will increase pollution. Cities have less no.of trees so it won't absorb pollutants. Secondly building factories on the outskirts will lead to development of that area and unemployed people who cannot travel to cities daily will also get good job opportunities.

According to me uniforms are better because first of all it leads to unity and the difference between rich and poor which can be seen from the brands they wear and thus leads to disappointment among poor students. Secondly the if there are no uniforms then it is costlier than having it as children wish to wear different dress everyday and also leads to wastage of time in deciding what to wear.

yes u are right but according to me they become habitual of using cell phones for completing their work and they should learn to do work without being dependent on phones.

I think that cell phones should not be allowed during periods bcoz we all know that the new generation is so much addicted to their cell phones and there are many side effects which not only harm our brain but also may other organs and this is the only time when children are not using phone. Secondly phone is a big distraction so basically while in class students should only concentrate on their lessons.
