Speaking solely from my experience as an American, I can safely say that our mainstream society has put a taboo upon one of the most natural things on Earth. The female breasts were (and still are) designed to nurture babies. Male and female reproductive organs were simply created for the purpose of "reproduction". Why such a stigma surrounds nudity is beyond me. Nobody talks about it, yet men want to have a bigger penis and women want "perfect" breasts. I honestly enjoy being naked for the sole purpose of being naked. It's freeing and natural. My friends understand me, though they don't take the same liberties as I do.

Though I wouldn't choose either I am more inclined to crap rather than barf. I just feel like my ass would go numb before my throat.

I would never torture for the sake of enjoyment. By asking "Would you ever" opens up all possibilities imaginable. I wouldn't torture someone who cut me off on the road. I would torture someone to bring about the end of a violent crime though. It all depends on circumstantial factors.
