By allowing Internet access, we may allow people who want to be part of the cause but we also encourage people who may want to use this as an excuse to harm others thereby distorting the original message the cause intended

Nope as they're still undergoing what is supposed to be undergoing rehabilitation and are not yet adjusted to society however I think once their prison terms are over it should be fine
