Why would a benevolent God not send people to hell?

An apocalypse that may occur in a domestic situation, such as losing your telephone when it is mandatory to have it with you for work, or something. Such an apocalypse would be preferred, for me, compared to zombies.

There is violence in the world, so violence in the Bible os necessary. The Bible is a scripture that teaches people and it would be a shame if it took 2000 pages and didn't explain a large issue that we have in the world.
