I think you are wrong because killing is a really big action and like Bob had a life and Johnny just took it away forever and it is NOT ok.
I think that your comment is totally true and killing is definitely not a first thought.
I think that Johnny shouldn't have killed him because there are many other solutions that dont involucrate violence and also at the end nobody wins, Johnny felt bad and scared and regretting his choice and Bob ends up dead so nobody wins at the end.
