If you write a letter, it takes days to get to the other person, but if you write a text message it only takes a few seconds. So, when I have something important to tell someone I can text them real quick and get an answer back a little short while after. Also to mention is, that digital communication is only dangerous or bad, when you decide it to be. For example, you start a fight with someone via text, it is your own choice to either talk it out in person or keep texting. To say digital communication in general is something dangerous is wrong, it always depends on the situation.
