I think it is quite obvious because we can easily see its effects which are increasing day by day. The major cause behind it is the growing population and lack of education. The basic precautions like carpooling, reducing wastage ,walking instead of driving to nearby places can help to reduce the pollution levels by some amount.

I think there is enough proof to prove it did happen.It was inhuman but now we should look ahead and focus on the coming time.

Yes I don't see any problem in giving kids some pocket money.Times are changing and so in today's world kids need money not just for emergency proposes but recreation.The amount can be monitored.
