Efficiency: Efficiency is a measure of the effectiveness of your arguments. It is the number of up votes divided by the total number of votes you have (percentage of votes that are positive).

Choose your words carefully so your efficiency score will remain high.

I'm relatively new to this site, does it really matter if people vote on your arguments or is that just to make people all super special happy?

It's not illegal if you don't get caught.

Having said this, Limewire scares me.

You didn't hurt me, 'ppreciate the concern though.

Anyways, my point isn't that we don't have goals or that decision should be made without the desire to achieve something. Rather, I'm saying that we should weigh methods and results equally.

You're wrong.

At least, if you were correct in your assumption, that would be all that I could say, but even you accept that the opposition is working to prove (i.e. focusing on the means, rather than simply stating whether or not this view is right or wrong) their side. An argument without warrant is meaningless, so if you pinned this one someone who simply answered with a 'nay', you'd be absolutely right. Simply pointing out the people value the end, doesn't imply that it's more important than the means.

Polygamy was born from patriarchal societies, it's only natural that the practice continues to be dominated by male figures.

This thread needs clarification: is this intended to consider individuals who are obese by choice or because of a pre-existing medical condition beyond their control?

Something about a complaint on texting as a substitute for direct socializing over the internet seems out of place...

On the safety thing, not texting while driving is a reasonable argument (as a pedestrian, I'd like to at least make eye-contact with the person who runs me over), but you also have to consider that it's a very practical tool for getting in touch with people.

No, dogs are cute and fluffy. Men are not.

Men are pigs, that's all there is to it.
