Self love is when two people decide to have one night hook ups and then when a baby is conceived, it is sacrificed for sake of convenience.

God says in genesis:

28 God blessed them and said to them, “Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it. Rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky and over every living creature that moves on the ground.”

29 Then God said, “I give you every seed-bearing plant on the face of the whole earth and every tree that has fruit with seed in it. They will be yours for food. 30 And to all the beasts of the earth and all the birds in the sky and all the creatures that move along the ground—everything that has the breath of life in it—I give every green plant for food.” And it was so.

Notice that God SPECIFICALLY says that PLANTS will be our food, and that we have DOMINION over animals who also are given PLANTS for food? God has DOMINION over us, does that mean he eats us? No, it means he has authority over us, but we are also in his care. We should treat animals with compassion like God treats us, that is what God truly seems to want according to the bible.

B12 is naturally occuring in the soil so naturally it would be on a carrot, but since we wash our carrots it's not on the carrots. Also there isn't quite as much as you seem to think on a carrot even if it's covered in dirt.
