The Westboro Baptists were Democrats so they'd probably welcome them.
Fred Waldron Phelps Sr. (November 13, 1929 – March 19, 2014) was an American minister and civil rights attorney who served as pastor of the Westboro Baptist Church and became known for his extreme views on homosexuality and protests near the funerals of gay people, military veterans and disaster victims, whose deaths, he believed, were the result of God punishing the U.S. for having "bankrupt values" and tolerating gay people.

Who they wouldn't want teaching their kids is Mike Pence or Billy Graham.

Socialism isn't Democratic by definition.
While socialism’s goals may be lofty, its means are inherently at odds with democracy. In the end, “democratic socialism” makes no more sense than “voluntary slavery.”
