No, but that society should be made to learn the reasoning behind why their ancestors committed the wrong doings and how to prevent it from happening again.

It is the choice of the mother whether or not to have the baby. Aborting a baby is the same as killing a cow and killing a cow is accepted so I don't know why aborting a baby should not be. For at that age a parrot is more intelligent as well as more aware than the fetus. So if killing a parrot is justified than aborting (killing) a fetus should be as well.

I believe that experimentation on humans may be allowed as long as they willingly choose to be experimented on.

P.E should be mandatory because the children of America are becoming increasingly overweight and many of them only get exercise when they are forced to in school.

I believe that people should have the right to choose to wear it. If people are fine with risking their lives by not wearing seat belts, then by all means don't wear it.

Yes prostitution should be legalized. Being a prostitute is merely a job, much like being a lawyer or a chef. The only difference is what their job involves. Paying for sex is not inherently negative, it is the possible after effects of having sex with a prostitute which can be negative. As long as prostitution is carefully regulated, then there it should be legal.

The death penalty should never be allowed, for if we kill one man for his crimes, then we become just as bad as the criminal. Killing someone as punishment for their crimes compared to killing someone out of malice or hatred is still killing. Both acts are premeditated killing and should therefore both be considered murder. The life sentence may not mean that the murderer is killed himself, but it does mean that he or she will spend the rest of their life without the chance of pleasure or enjoyment. Due to this I believe that the death penalty should not be permitted.
