Our constitution strictly forbids cruel and unusual punishment. Under no circumstances should a persons right to their bodies be invaded. It is against all equality set by the constitution to assume a prisoner is less deserving of their organs because of their past mistakes. However, I do like the idea of prisoners (particularly the condemned) having the CHOICE to give blood/organs.

It is ridiculous that students are forced to surrender their rights when going to school. Indeed schools must protect their students from harm and at times a search is warranted. However, they're abusing social media as a means of finding so called, "probable cause" to drug test, frisk etc. Probable cause should be developed based on concrete evidence. Once this is done and only then, should they invade a students social media.
