Ever since the beginning of mankind, humanity has had but one thought in their minds, progress. To keep on improving as a whole, and ever since the discovery of technology, humanity has been able to advance twice as quickly. But when is enough, finally enough? For the past century humanity has gone a long way, in the way of improving technology. We’ve gone so far, we’ve actually began creating drones, in order to perform tasks that we would usually have to do. For example, instead of sending our troops out to areas they’re supposed to go, we are beginning to send remote-controlled, armed drones, instead of soldiers. One day, we may not even have to control the drones, and it will have the capability of controlling itself, and this could result in bad things happening. What if the drones were to malfunction, and started misfiring its weapons? This could lead to a numerous amount of casualties, that could have been avoided, if we stopped the improvement of technology while we had the chance. We should stop improving technology as much as we are, before the robots we are creating become too much for us to handle, and something dire happens.
