Well, I think it's better to try another ways to suppress your appetite naturally, without diet pills.

First of all, tea - is one of the best natural appetite suppressants that i know. The best thing about hot tea is, that it works well almost every diet out there. You always feel full after this, and your appetite is under control, without spending money on expensive diet pills.

Secondly, exercise- is meant to make you lose weight, but your body also releases natural endorphins, that suppress your appetite when you exercise. A simple walk for about 20-30 min. will be enough.

Then, the water fills your stomach naturally, suppressing your appetite and increasing your metabolism at the same time. Try to drink an entire glass of water before each meal.

And of course, protein - it takes longer to digest and it doesn't affect your blood sugar in the way that carbohydrates do. A stable blood sugar level helps speed weight loss. The protein will keep you feeling full longer.

What about my friend, she has been on diet pills for about 3 month and for the first time she was wondered about the resullts. However, as soon as she stopped taking the pill, sge gained all the weight and now has a serious problems with health.

My answer is –no. Again. it’ s better to eat 5 or 6 times a day but in a small portions. Anything in a pill form, that stops you feeling hungry is gonna be bad for person.

One my friend, took hunger blocking pills and once she stopped. So, she gained all the weight and then some. Also diet pills contain substance which give you energy, that later cause side effects such insomnia and headache. Therefore your methabolism will damage in the future. Do you really need such problems?

If you lose weight the wrong way, and too fast you'll gain it back..Diet pills don’t work. Don’t be so naïve!

From this point of view, it’s a serious disease – obesity, requires interventions of doctors. So, diet pills – is not the answer. The biggest problem with diet pills is that we simply don’t know enough about them to be sure of their efficacy. It does more harm. And there's no exceptions. It can affect or change fundamental processes of the body. In еошы way, there's no better diet then eating healthy, proper portion control and exercise.

I totally agree with what you've said. Some lifestyle changes is all thats required. There is no quick fix when it comes to losing weight. Not all advertisements are true. Even if you lose weight quickly, it will be not good for your body. There is no need to take a diet pills at all, when you have healthy food and a pair of running shoes. Especially when you know, what kind of ingredients are present in it and what may happen later.

Generally, we can’t compare these things, they are particular different.Our health is more important! However, in a desire to have a slim, beautiful body people often forget about their health!

These diet pills work by blocking and removing the fat you eat from your intestines. That can’t be good. Also they can habit-forming. Each pills containing amphetamine, (which still used to loose weight) and synephrine. You lose weight by burning more calories than you intake. Amphetamines cause weight loss by supressing the diet and increasing the heart rate. This is the wrong way to use this powerful drug. Effects on the body are unpredictable. This stuff can cause the burning away of muscle tissue.

If you want a nice body, you need to actually work at it. It means going to the gym and eating a balanced diet. Why peole don't want to understand that weight loss starts in the kitchen. If you're serious

about it, then you need to be serious about what you eat.

Don't be so rude! I don't think so. If someone wants to pump chemicals into their bodies, who am I to stop them? I mean, if they really WANT all those side effects that come with those stupid pills, they shall continue! That's what makes this great- the right to be stupid.

Someone want to lose weight? Why nowadays people become so lazy? Is it impossible to get your fat butt up off the couch, and get away from your computer?! People should go outside and walk around the block. They should try to do this each and every day until it doesn"t make them tired, then should increase their walk to two blocks. Try to add more fruit and nuts to the daily diet (apples, bananas, and almonds) and also drink plenty of water. After all that, you will find that you never needed those stupid diet pills in the first place.

And you might even end up liking yourself))
