No, one genius is not important than ten ordinary people. One genius is not more important than one ordinary person. That genius is more valued in society because he/she can provide more and exploit the resources of that society better than an ordinary citizen, but to say he/she is more important is to suggest inequality based upon genetics. If this were the logic held, then any individual deemed smarter than another would also be considered more important. Geniuses may benefit the societies in which they live in a greater way than ordinary citizens, but this does not make them more important. More valuable, more desirable perhaps, but not more important. This is a fine distinction which prevents intolerance and inequality.

When a leader makes promises and fails to keep them, he should not be reelected. Obama claimed that if he failed to turn the economy around by the end of his first term, he would not run again. The economy has continued to flounder, yet Obama now seeks reelection. His charm and speaking ability is undeniable, yet so are his inadequacies as President of the United States.

It wouldnt be right to label individuals with multiple partners as "bad" or "sinful" individuals- to do so would depict a degree of intolerance. Sex, itself, however, is a big deal and is something that should be viewed as such even by those considered promiscuous. Sex is both a physical and psychological connection between two individuals. For some, sex is important and a "big deal" because love and spirituality is behind the act. Others view sex as a moral action, something that should be done only between people that love and care about each other. For those that don't hold the same beliefs, sex should be considered a big deal insofar as its consequences. Frequent sex with multiple partners exposes the individual to a wider range of sexually transmitted diseases and other pathogens. Further, even those who practice "safe sex" (condom use, taking "the pill", etc) are at risk of pregnancy. Those who don't believe sex to be much of a big deal often behave accordingly. Multiple partners increases the chances that you will be taken advantage of, that you will take advantage of others, or that you may give or receive unwanted diseases. Whatever the motivation, all individuals should value sex as a very "big deal".
