Exactly. Good point. What is to stop a girl from claiming rape when it was legitimately consensual? For example, if the guy did something that upset the girl (perhaps cheated), she could very easily say she was raped and they would believe her. The guy's life would be ruined.
It is a woman's body. It's her choice. Why bring a child into this world if you can't take care of it? If you're too poor to give the child a chance? If you know the child is defective, why bring it into this world where it's just going to suffer? If you were raped, why would you want to bring that child into this world when it's just a product of rape? However, I do think that women should be more careful when having sex if they don't want a child. Adoption is nice and dandy but very few kids actually get adopted. And most of them that do have already grown up in the system. They live their life feeling unwanted and unloved. But anyways, It's not a politicians place to tell what a woman can or can't do with her body.
