All of the evidence points towards the plane deliberately turning off course and being under the control of not just a qualified airline pilot, but someone with an advanced knowledge of the aircraft systems. It was clearly carefully planned, so I doubt the hijackers would have allowed the plane to run out of fuel, or crash into the ocean. I think that the plane must have landed somewhere and will be used for a terror attack in the future.

This may explain why the plane climbed immediately after losing contact to an altitude above the 777's maximum altitude. This would starve the passengers of oxygen, causing them to pass out before they where aware of anything going wrong. This would allow the hijackers to fly the plane without any resistance. It would also explain why it was possible to ring the passengers mobile phones.

By definition, rape means that the the woman is non-consenting. A woman may dress provocatively in order to get the attention of men, but this does not mean that she is giving consent to any interested men.

This is not segregation at all, airlines are merely catering for the different needs and priorities of the passengers that fly with them. Business travelers/frequent flyers are often prepared to pay a premium to ensure that they have extra legroom, lounge access and priority boarding, whilst most holiday travelers are prepared to put up with a standard seat in order to save a bit of money. The extra revenue generated by the premier classes allows airlines to provide more affordable travel for everyone else.
