Technology and social media has both positive and negative effects on teens and avarage people. Some of the negative things are that cyberbullying, distraction, depression, etc could happen that dosen't happen to everyone only to a little people focus and self esteem. But, there are also positive lights to this, when they can communicate with others even though they may be at the other side of the world, and the phone itself lots of divices can be used to comiunicate or talk to other people there are also aps that can be used to comiunicate. Teens can get insipred and do good things since they see people in socil media doing good things they do them to and they make a change.
