The human being divine does not relate to any kind of religion. It's the state of personal mind. It's brain problem. What the divine one believes should not bother us. Regarding to happiness, who said that abundance of it brings good? Living in happiness everyday stupefies our mind and make the world stop spinning
I think that religion in some ways can have the same effects ,as opium. For example: religion controls people's mind and actions. Especially a religious belief in the happy life after death,in the Heaven makes people commit crazy things, like become suicide bombers and others.Religion makes them think that life is suffering, but after life everything will be OK. Also religion contradicts science, which means that it contradicts reality. The same is with the opium. Opiates take people from reality to the illusory world and thats why they start to forget about everything. Therefore,in my opinion religion may have the same effects,as opium.
