Sure. Being enormously famous is probably severely handicapping. You can't go here, you can't go there. You are probably wary of anyone you meet. You have to deal with all the bad things about celebrity (tabloids, harassment, etc.) indefinitely as long as you live in the public world. Maybe celebrities get all that money in order to build their own little private worlds. For instance, they can have houses in France where there are stricter privacy laws (like Johnny Depp) or buy their own tropical island (like Johnny Depp).
Also, there's a lot of money in entertainment. For instance, if films make that much money, and actors statistically increase profits dramatically, then they sure deserve a hefty slice and especially since they're dealing with all the shit mentioned above.
