If you really think about it, there are way more people who believe white racism against blacks is still common and are actively trying to "equalize" things for blacks than there are white racists who actively hate/attack blacks. Therefore, the scale is currently tipping to make society favor blacks and be racist against whites while disguising it as fighting racism. White people (particularly males) and straight people are literally disadvantaged when it comes to getting employed now and also have to tread carefully because if they say the wrong thing they could get punished by society in many ways for "discriminating" in ways that blacks/trans etc. could match or exceed and get away with.
