I disagree that technology is more of a boon than a bane to society. Technology, like the internet can cause harm to the user who is using it, for example, cyber bullying. Users can also get pranked with online advertisements causing them to waste their money on the fake advertisement.If users are not careful enough, they might be talking to strangers online and give out personal information such as facebook, twitter and etc. Therefore i disagree that technology is more of a boon than a bane to society.
Sometimes technology brings no harm but sometimes it does for example, cyber bullying.With technology, people nowadays cannot find answers to their questions or they may not find information for their homework or work. For example, people who want to comminucate with one another but cannot do it face to face, they can do it through their handphones or email. Therefore i say that technology is more of a advantage than a disadvantage. (Umairah, 2N1)
