I 100% agree with this. Regularly I see racism towards every race, and I rarely see people defending racism at all if it is not towards African Americans. Racism towards Asians at least (I am not informed on discrimination on other races) is very normalized, even if people refuse to accept that.

I agree completely with this! Racism is a learned behaviour and we must teach them at a young age what is right and wrong and why ect.

Agreed. Most of us don't have even the foggiest idea of what it means to actually be discriminated against, or be enslaved, and its not really taught what these things come with besides simple things like "they get hit" or "they work without pay."

Maybe I misunderstood. He didn't really answer the question in this case, but I agree with the general statement that everyone should get along.

In that case, I want to know, yes or no, is race talked about too much or not? We seem to agree in this sense, but I'm confused now on what your point it. Is race, or is race not, talked about too much?

I completely agree with this. I almost never see the issue of discrimination talked about in races other than African Americans.

I agree with this, but only in the "when it shouldn't be" portion. In school, this often doesnt pop up and schools are supposed to TEACH about race, it is usually not casual talk like in the vague examples you use.

What is your point here? These are two different things: talking about how people were treated different and why they are "made" different.

Besides that, this is just wrong. We should learn about discrimination of every race, as every race is important.

Race is not talked about too much in school, because if we do not talk about it, history will repeat itself. In fact, we do not talk about this enough. Most people only have a vague idea of what happens in terms of discrimination because of race and slavery.
