I have to argue with you here, I used to do Hockey, Football for many years, and I was in good shape (still in pretty good shape) and about 3 years ago I bought myself a 250cc dirtbike to ride with my buddy, thinking that it wouldnt be as hard as he told me it was. well we rode some very open trails at first, not many turns or anything really technical and I hardly broke a sweat, BUT then he took me to a real track, and sent me out, after 2 laps in this track, that had just been fixed up, nu bumps, ruts or water on it. I was beyond tired! you have no clue how demanding it really is, you have around 50 horsepower trying to push you off the back of the bike, you have to cling on with your knees and arms, while at the same time keep perfect control of the bike over big jumps, you constantly move about on the bike, which isnt easy when all that power wants to kick you off the bike. going on a flat surface isnt hard, anybody can do it. but going to a track to ride, is really alot harder than it seems!
I am probably a good person but I haven't taken the time to fill out my profile, so you'll never know! |
