They may have different ideas of what ghosts are but the point is they still have stories of something supernatural. One or two may just a coincidence but if many of them have it, don't you think that there is something more to it?

My family and very close friends have told me that they have had supernatural experiences and I know they wouldn't lie or make up random stories. So that also adds to my belief even though it is not the big reason why I believe in it.

Also, how about things that can't be explained by humans? Things that seem to have more than rational reasoning behind it?

My God, lay off him already. He is just a kid living his dream. So stop whining about his voice or whatever. I would bet that most of you out there would never be able to sing as well as him. He's famous, he has huge hits, loads of people love him and best of all, his haters can't do anything about it. So just GROW UP.

Does it really make a difference? Teens are gonna have sex whenever they feel like it regardless of the law. So yes, lower it already.

Who are we to say what is real or not when tons of people all over the world claim to have paranormal experiences. When all across the cultures, there are legends/myths of a sort of supernatural being.

My opinion is that we as humans, will never find out or agree if ghosts are real but for myself, I chose to believe in it. Because, many people have had their own sort of paranormal experiences and we can't shove them aside and say that they are lying because we don't want to believe in it.

So are you saying you have never been to the movies without being disturbed by teens? I mean I go to the movies loads but I don't see teens shouting out, jumping about etc. all the time. So why are you judging the entire teen population on a small amount of teens you saw.

I have reasons to say war is insensible. For one it takes away peoples lives and tears families apart while leaving other families with worry. For example, my grandfather was a only a boy when WW2 happened, he was forced to leave his home and hide in the mountains when the Japanese invaded Malaysia. In WW1 there were approximately 11 million casualties and in WW2 there were approximately 59 million casualties. Children were taken away from their home and families and sent to live in the countryside, some were lucky and had good foster parents but others who were not so lucky were abused and neglected. People lived in constant fear of air raids, attacks, death of people close to them etc. The country lost a lot of money and many lives were lost. People were totured and murdered. So do tell, how on earth is war a sensible decision or even a good choice in any way?

You've got a point on that one where they do own everything which I overlooked when I typed my argument. However, even though you are right, remember that one day our generation will be the ones owning everything. Honestly, I want to know, do you really think that people can't change? Teens eventually grow out of it as they go to university and real world responsibilities catch up with them. If they change they can still rise to the top, however if they decide to continue being the idiots they were in high school, they fall to the bottom.

Point taken, friends can often lead to peer pressure so this is about the individual knowing their limits. I'm not perfect I give in to peer pressure sometimes but to an extent. I don't go around taking drugs or whatever and if teens are stupid enough to do that, they will have to face the consequences of their decision. It's not like they don't know the dangers of drugs, smoking etc, it's taught in school evey year. People learn from their mistakes and this could just be another way for teens to learn even if it's harsh.

I love rap. Its really awesome to me :)

But then not everyone likes the same things so yeah, it might be crap to some people.

And how about the older generation I wonder. How about when they were kids, teens, whatever? I'm sure they wanted to have fun too. They complain about us but I'm sure that if we actually look into their teenage years we can find some rude, embarrassing, bad etc. things that they did.

Not every teen is like this, some teens actually can manage their social lives and education without getting into deep shit.

One more thing, the last time I checked, it was not today's teens that act like kids having an argument when they can't even agree on some shit and decide to solve their problems by fighting wars. It was the people from the supposedly more sensible generation. They are the ones acting like they own everything. They are the ones that act without regard to anyone else. So honestly, what is this compared to teens making noise etc. at the movies?

Think of it this way. You made a mistake in your everyday life, and you remember not to do it again. Basically, you learned from that mistake and try not to repeat it.

Same goes for history, people in the past made mistakes and people today should learn from that and try not to repeat it. It helps us create new paths in today's world by telling us the failures and successes of the people in the past.

History also tells us about the people that changed the world. For example, Martin Luther King, he stood up for what he believed in and that helped to shape the world we live in now. We can learn from this and be inspired to do great things.

So yes, history does have value outside academics.

Its amazing!! I was born in Malaysia and lived there for 12 years and it rains a lot there. Its like amazing especially when I'm in bed and I can listen to the raindrops falling down.

Then I moved to Oman which is in the Middle East and it rains like 10 times a year. So whenever it rains its like heaven on earth to everyone. Some time ago it rained while we were in school and everyone went hyper and started taking pictures while playing in the rain.

It depends on the person we are referring to. If she strongly believes in her religion, she will not be swayed by all this. However, if she doesn't want to be Muslim but doesn't have a choice she would probably question why she has to do what her religion requires her to do. She might want to also change her religion but doing so is disgraceful to the family and herself and she will be looked down in her society.

It also depends where she is from. I am a Malaysian Chinese that migrated to Oman in the Middle East. Having lived in two different cultures, I'll say that the people in Oman are much more religious and women will cover up their whole body with black while in Malaysia, some teenage Muslim girls would only wear the headscarf while others don't at all. Even then the headscarfs they wear in Malaysia are much more colourful than the ones they wear in Oman. Then the teens in Malaysia would wear normal everyday things like skinny jeans, t-shirts, etc.
