Self Criticism/Collective Self Criticism may be really usefull but it kills motivation! Motivation is one of the key factor of being successful in this life and criticism can also be renamed as "motivation killer" from my poin of view.

Moreover being sceptical deprives us to see the positive sides of the life. One cannot simply enjoy from the life he is living in! Because, life is full of mistakes and skeptcally treating with all of themm may simply abstain one from the sense of the life!

Children must not work! it may seem ok for some people, but we have to also take into consideration the facts that child's labour may be exploited! Child is really naive and eldery can easly put them into their sway! I am writing it beacause I know that how much children's manual works have been using unfairly in China, India, even USA and so on!

I, absolutelly agree with LISBETH. Child will have enogh time in the future to work or being more clear he will work almost compleately the rest of his life. Child wants to be young as much as possible. Growing ahead of time deprives him from his meaningful and joyful childhood! If there are no need to work economically I believe that the child must not work. He can do instead the music, sport activities, dance and so on!

Ok. they work to understand the real word! But, would anyone can control him not being abused? No one cares about him! Even parents will not want to allocate additional time in this tense world! In such the cases it may actually break the child and surrendered in early stages of his life, which harms more them benefites.

But what if child by earning money and having enough capital will get on the wrong track? They don't need to ask money from their parents no more as far as they earn it themselves. No one can guarantee that this child may try drugs, or other bad things which eventually may be the obstacle of his futuure life!!

But at the young age child does not need to know the cost of money! the only thing that they are required is studies! the child who succeeded eather on sport or education did not spend their time to the work experiience! So, what do you thing is it better to succed at school and university on sport or education; or understand the cost of money, the relationships between people and the freedom of being wealthy, which actually can be achieved later!

Withou being discipliined In western system of education every student is encouraged to develop their own abilities and potentials in classes. They are not limited to create, imagine, venture of doing something, initiate new things, share with their thought with the teachers and so on. It helps students to open their new potentials and abilities without being afraid of teacher’s berates if there would be something wrong. Teacher-student connections are basically based on friendship, because they mostly tend to be closer to each other

But this discipline makes syudents more limited. They cannot feel free ask or arguee with their teachers. And the advantege of western students is being more indipendent!!! Every student is encouraged to develop their own abilities and potentials in classes. They are not limited to create, imagine, venture of doing something, initiate new things, share with their thought with the teachers and so on. It helps students to open their new potentials and abilities without being afraid of teacher’s berates if there would be something wrong. Eastern education is making individuals, as well. But, but far more intellectual ones. Maybe they will not use all knowledge they attained, but at least that makes them more witty who can make better decisions. Because if person learns only his or her major he will be limited, while former ones more comprehensively educated.

In Eastern system of education everyone does what they are supposed to do! Teachers are knowledge providers, while students are knowledge receiver. In western system students are only guided and helped but not taught by teachers, students may interrupt class process by giving questions any time. whereas In East students listen to attentively without interrupting teachers and give question once the lesson is ended.
