I disagree because black lives matter is a real thing, there are actually cops that kill black people for no reason at all and everyone is on twitter tweeting about this movement because its important to speak up and show people around the world this is real and we have to do something about it.

True but people have been sharing videos and pictures of police brutality that are REAL and people are trying to fight for the BLM movement which is one of the most important movements in the USA

I disagree because there not destroying communities. Mark Zukerberg built tools so millions of people would commit to becoming organ donors to save others after accidents, and registries reported larger boosts sign ups than ever before. They are helping communities.

Countless eyewitness accounts of police brutality and racism have surfaced on social media in the form of videos and images that have been captured on mobile phones. The circulation of such evidence has gathered immense support on sites such as Instagram and Twitter, with each share and repost bringing in hundreds of views every hour.

yes i get where your coming from but Safety Check has been activated almost 500 times in two years and has already notified people that their families and friends are safe more than a billion times. When there is a disaster, governments often call us to make sure Safety Check has been activated in their countries.

There are even more cases where our community should be able to identify risks related to mental health, disease or crime. To help during a crisis, we've built infrastructure like Safety Check so we can all let our friends know we're safe and check on friends who might be affected by an attack or natural disaster.

i disagree because,

Facebook is making our global community safer through Amber Alerts and Safety Checks. To prevent harm, they can build social infrastructure to help our community identify problems before they happen. When someone thinks of suicide or hurting themselves, they built infrastructure to give their friends and community tools that could save their lives. When a child is missing they build infrastructure to show the Amber Alerts and then multiple children are rescued from that.

Exactly,Millions of people were protesting about the BLM movement. These protests brought some results people were waiting for, Derek Chauvin’s charge has been elevated to second degree murder, and the other officers present have been charged with aiding and abetting.

i agree, Few years ago after an earthquake in Nepal, the Facebook community raised $15 million to help people recover and rebuild. This was the largest crowdfunded relief effort in history.

Social media is a powerful tool for activist movements. Twitter has been a valuable tool for activist movements around the world especially under the hashtag #BlackLivesMatter, which made activists share videos and pictures of police force and militarization being racist and killing black lives. Today, the BLM movement, following the tragic murder of George Floyd, is now a global human rights movement, with protests taking place daily in all 50 states of America, as well as in over 20 countries worldwide.
