Yes all of humanity is conscious. We are aware therefore we are alive. Someone could say what if were asleep but then we're aware and of course still human, were just in our thoughts and feelings which is consciousness. If we were dead then we couldn't dream in that body because our brain would be dead, and our souls probably into a different body.
