Why can we not use common sence? If a 40 year old man has pictures of a naked 16 year old then yes its illegal. If a 16 year old boy has pictures of a 16year old girl who he is dating then this does NOT even fall into the same catagory. I am not saying its right for a 16 year old to send naked pictures of herself to anyone. I am a mother of a 13 year old and I will make her life a living @#$& if I find out she did this.

Children need guidance from their parents about responsible behavior. They need to know what is exspected of them and how bad choices can bring big problems. And if they dont want to listen then we need to let them fail to help them learn to make better ones as they grow older. Its called consiquesnces.

Some people in our society wants to make a law for everything now. Our children wont have to think for themselves by the time they are adults because the governement will have it all layed out for them. We wont need morals or self choice because there will be only one way. There are places the governement does not belong. Rainsing children is the biggest one. They are more and more involved and our children grow more and more disrespectful and defiant.

Really a male cant be abused by a women?

Men are abused by women everyday. Most of the abuse goes unreported because men are more likely not to report it. Between 1975 and 1985, male-against-female domestic violence decreased, while women's violence against men increased. In Straus and Gelles' second study, in 1986, 1.8 million women suffered assaults from a husband or boyfriend, but two million men were assaulted by a wife or girlfriend. The numbers are growing. Women are more likely to use a weapon then men. If husband / partners are taking this abuse why wouldnt a 16 year old boy who is "dating" a 20 year old women?

I think what you are trying to say, on a non-PC stance, is its more socially acceptable for a younger man to date an older women then an older man to date a younger women. Young women who date older men are usually categorized as "gold diggers" because most people dont understand why someone so young would date such an older man. But when it comes to an younger man dating a older women he is seen as macho, cool and manly, right? So even as adults their are questions regarding major age differences in relationships.

On a sexual abuse level men can be forced to have sex. Im sure you dont want me to go into detail. Its not a conversation I want to have with a someone elses child.

As a 21 year old (and older) you are an adult. You pay your own bills. You have LIVED longer and have experienced life emotionally longer without your parents guidance and rules. And anyone under 18, I don't want to hear how you are mature for your age. How would you know that? You haven't lived as an adult. You don't have the life experience to make that statement. Any one 21 and older wanting to date a 16 year old needs their intentions examined. A 21+ year old does not have ANYTHING in common with a sixteen year old. I look at a 16 year old and see a child, Not someone I want to have sex with. Even as a 19 and 20 year old you are still learning how the world really is. Many teens who believe and/or treated as mature for their age end up pregnant or being a teenage father.
