Although it mounts to some sexual pleasure it is not intimate body contact...if French kiss is not considered sex, why oral sex?
Sexual organs are just other body parts and kissing them cannot be any different than kissing any other body parts..intercourse is considered as sex because it is a defined act between 2 bodies for a specific purpose ..
