sum of it has to do with txting

The minimum length for an argument is 50 characters. The purpose of this restriction is to cut down on the amount of dumb jokes, so we can keep the quality of debate and discourse as high as possible.

Sorry, couldn't help myself.

While I liked his powerpoint presentation I am not sure that I agree with his assertions about the Fed. I might be wrong on what his positions are though because i skimmed through some sections. But, if he's opposed to the way the Fed creates money I would recommend you go to http://www.youtube.com/user/khanacademy and learn more about the process.

I think though that the overall point behind our system is to use credit to build assets and thus create wealth. For instance if I take out a loan and I build a road with that money I have created something of real value and so we have a net gain. Something like that. So while fractional reserve seems messed up the purpose of it is to create wealth. I think our way of life is indicative of its purpose.

Pancakes are so easy to make from scratch and you don't need special equipment.

It's important to note that while these kinds of shows are the most popular in their genre they are still enjoyed only by a small minority of the overall population.

Taking myself as an example as a person torn between an appreciation of both liberal socialism and libertarian conservatism I choose to get the majority of my news (in the form of print) from newspapers and online news sources, preferably non-partisan ones.

I am not highly educated but I recognize that news delivered from radio and cable news talk shows are often over simplified and biased. There is also little retention of facts or figures (which could explain incoherencies at townhall meetings) or what's worse the long term prospect of remembering the message but forgetting the messenger, where you end up repeating something to someone else as "I heard...." but you've managed to forget that it was an unreliable source that you heard it from.

So the market of political news and discussion is small but if a person as at least a little bit skeptical they probably go elsewhere for their news than fox news or clear channel radio. Reuters is a good start.

Without ignorance it is hard to have faith. Faith is not hope its delusion spurred on by the unknown.
