I think cats are better because
-1.They are independent. You won't have to spend all your time with them; you can leave them alone.
-2.They poop and pee in a litter box. A dog will have to be trained to go outside, but they will still have accidents, and then you step in the poop in your yard.
-3.Cats are quieter. You know how your neighbors tell you to shut your dog up? That never happens with cats.
-4.Cats don't have to be trained. You have to train your dog for several weeks to be a good pet, but a cat simply does not have to be trained.
-5.No walks with cats. A dog demands a walk, no matter how inconvenient for you, but a cats is happily playing or sleeping.
